Heartland Hotel Queenstown

This place was top-notch and had great staff and location, I liked it. The restaurant was good, with appetising dishes.

The bed in my room was a little hard.

Our stay was good value. The room was large and budget, with with view of Queenstown, AC, for example. We loved the nice restaurant and the food was fabulous.

Loved the place, had a real good stay for one night room. The room was well-appointed with high speed wifi and the stuff was especially helpful. Late check-out was useful. Besides, the parking was on-site.

It's clean, very good staff and drinks.

The place is lovely and respectful. I loved immensely pleasant personnel that ensures guests have a great stay.

Accommodating staff, very very nice area and splendid view from the room. The units are unique, scenic. Central location, just a short walk away from Queenstown Mall.

Respectful perfect central place, it has awesome location near to the center of Queenstown and bars and the city centre.

I appreciated the exceptional stuff and fine breakfasts. The bedroom was spacious and had a magnificent view on lake. The location of the hotel was central, not far from the bus stop, city centre and restaurants. Facilities where good too.

The place is brilliant and clean, everything is good, it should have higher than 3 star rating. The staff are pleasant, and there is an excellent lobby to relax in.

The location was ideal, the bed was nice, cosy hotel. They recommended a pleasant restaurant for dinner. Generally everything was very good, however the bathroom was cold. Cheery, courteous staff.

Very professional staff, well kept and budget room. There were shops and supermarkets around the hotel. Handy location, Queenstown airport was 0.5 km away. Marvellous view, a big balcony, comfy bed, too. Impeccably clean place and friendly service👍

everything was fantastic, it's spotless and unusual hotel. also, we were within walking distance of kiwi and birdlife park. breathtaking view of sea.

interesting place for exploring queenstown. good the food and location, special atmosphere. make sure you stay in the king studio with the view of the lake. right by the downtown, 5 minutes on foot. booked table at hillside brasserie, it's their onsite restaurant.

The bathroom was fairly clean & the bedroom was separate. Efficient lobby...

Lake Wakatipu is near to the hotel. We dined out at the hillside brasserie, set next door to the venue. Not to mention free Wi Fi that was a bonus.

Check in was easy, I liked fab location and relaxing rooms. Breakfast food was LOCAL and included coffee, hot waffles, fruit, pancakes and scrambled eggs.

A great selection restaurants to eat close by, like the hillside brasserie that was only 10 minutes' walk away. We appreciated it. Characterful base for a trip in Queenstown.

Rooms were good sized. Hotel had big beds. We could walk to aj hackett bungy as it's 10 minutes away. It's worth staying here and exploring Kelvin Heights district...
